This farm sat near the
bottom of Mount Ridley, the first hill you pass driving out of Melbourne
on the old Hume Highway. It's now covered in a sea of McMansions with views
over the northern suburbs back to the city. The farm house
may still be there on an acre or two . The horse's rug reads
"Precious Coll. G. Smith Craigieburn".
