Lisa found this wonderful homestay just north of Ebino run by this delightful couple. The home/farm is lovely, the included breakfasts and dinners were excellent, and we even did a hands-on class making soba noodles from buckwheat, including cooking the noodles for our dinner.

These were our only nights on the entire trip sleeping in a traditional bed, and they were warm and comfortable.
